Clinical Operations Leadership Role

This is a senior leadership opportunity that oversees and manages clinical governance, quality assurance, and risk mitigation across all radiology services. As the Clinical Operations Manager, you will ensure alignment with strategic objectives, legislative requirements, and best practice guidelines.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines to maintain high standards of patient care.
  • Lead risk management and quality improvement initiatives across radiology practices.
  • Oversee incident investigations and implement corrective actions to improve patient safety.
  • Monitor clinical quality and safety data, providing insights to inform operational decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements and maintain clinical governance frameworks.
  • Manage operations within established timelines.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Clinical Operations Team, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Provide regular performance feedback and professional development opportunities to team members.
  • Recruit and train new team members as required.
