Job Title: Radiology Site Leader

Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic leader to oversee the efficient and effective performance of multiple radiology sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management: Manage labor resources effectively, including rostering, leave, overtime, and on-call requirements.
  • Monitor labor percentages and productivity metrics to optimize staff performance.
  • Oversee appointment bookings to maximize efficiency.
  • Implement effective stock management, ensuring adequate supply while exploring cost-saving alternatives.
  • Drive billing optimization and timeliness across all site departments.
  • Coordinate equipment maintenance, service, and compliance schedules.
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, staff coaching, and performance management.
  • Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with referrers, doctors, and site leadership teams to resolve operational issues.
  • Proactively engage with patients, staff, and referrers to deliver the highest standards of service.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.

Growth Projects:

  • Oversee the construction of new radiology sites, ensuring timely delivery, operational readiness, and alignment with service standards.
  • Lead the expansion of MRI services into existing facilities, coordinating planning, implementation, and service roll-out.
  • Partner with senior management and clinical teams to deliver innovative imaging solutions that support ongoing business growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar radiology or healthcare management role (multi-site preferred).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Sound knowledge of compliance requirements and industry standards.
  • Ability to drive performance and deliver measurable results.
