Job Title: Chief Operations Officer

We are seeking an experienced senior leader to join our Executive Leadership Team and drive the delivery of high-impact services.

This is a critical role that will lead all corporate services functions, including finance, ICT, risk and compliance, facilities, logistics and reporting, ensuring systems are agile, effective, and support sustainable growth.

The successful candidate will report directly to the CEO and play a key role in shaping the direction of our organisation, supporting high-performing teams and driving improvements across operations.

  • Lead the development and implementation of strategic plans to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage organisational budgets, resourcing, contracts and reporting, ensuring accurate and timely information.
  • Support leaders and staff with quality systems, tools and processes to achieve business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation, funding and continuous improvement, ensuring we stay ahead of industry trends.

About You:

We are looking for a collaborative and people-focused leader who brings strong financial acumen and commercial awareness. You should be just as comfortable with high-level strategy as you are with day-to-day realities of managing people, systems and projects.

  • A CPA or CA qualification and tertiary studies in Finance, Commerce or similar.
  • Experience leading corporate services in a values-driven organisation.
  • Knowledge of ICT, systems integration, data governance and cyber security.
  • A proven track record of influencing, driving change and balancing strategy with practical delivery.
