We are seeking a seasoned Financial Director to oversee the strategic and operational management of corporate services functions, encompassing finance, technology, procurement, facilities, and infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring robust governance, compliance, and highest standards of corporate accountability, as well as serving as Company Secretary for the organisation and its subsidiaries.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies, plans, and forecasts
- Maintain effective internal controls, risk frameworks, and financial reporting systems
- Oversee the delivery of efficient, secure, and cost-effective corporate services, driving innovation, process improvement, and technology-enabled solutions
- Manage and maintain facilities and assets that meet operational needs
