Overview

Director Corporate - Lifetime Support Authority (LSA)

Our client, the Lifetime Support Authority (LSA), is the South Australian agency dedicated to delivering the Lifetime Support Scheme (LSS) – a no-fault insurance initiative providing lifelong treatment, care and support for people seriously injured in motor vehicle accidents on SA roads. Guided by a strong commitment to person-centred planning, innovation in service delivery and collaborative partnerships across the health and disability sectors, LSA is dedicated to helping participants achieve the best possible outcomes and live fulfilling lives by funding and coordinating tailored treatment, care and support services.

Responsibilities
  • Provide executive oversight of LSA's Finance and Analytics, Procurement, IT and Business Intelligence, and Governance and Legal functions.
  • Report to the Chief Executive; strengthen organisational capability and resilience, ensure robust governance and drive innovation across corporate services.
  • Lead development and execution of strategic and business plans; oversee financial management and reporting; enhance business intelligence capabilities; ensure compliance with statutory requirements; manage enterprise risk; drive project delivery aligned with organisational priorities.
  • Foster a high-performance culture through effective leadership and mentoring.
  • Collaborate with the Executive team to shape organisational direction and facilitate robust, high-level discussions.
Qualifications and experience
  • Relevant tertiary qualification and public sector, insurance, health or disability industry experience.
  • Experience leading diverse and complex portfolios; strategic mindset; collaborative, consultative approach.
  • Curiosity, adaptability and a commitment to enhancing individual and organisational capability.
