Corporate Lawyer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled corporate lawyer to support our Directors in their work on complex corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings and corporate governance.

  • Draft key agreements such as shareholders' agreements and provide advice on corporate governance.
  • Work closely with senior lawyers on large-scale projects, including infrastructure, energy and defence initiatives.

Our team-oriented structure means that you will have opportunities for professional growth and development within the firm.

About You
  • You will need 2-4 years of PQE experience working in corporate law.
  • You should thrive in a fast-paced environment and have strong drafting skills, commercial acumen and attention to detail.
  • You must be committed to client service and able to develop strong relationships with clients.
  • You will need to be reliable, self-motivated, proactive, resourceful and have a strong work ethic.

In this role, you will gain valuable experience in core practice areas and contribute to the success of our firm.
