Key Leadership Role

The Director Corporate is a key leadership position that provides executive oversight of the Finance and Analytics, Procurement, IT and Business Intelligence, and Governance and Legal functions. Reporting to the Chief Executive, the Director Corporate plays a pivotal role in strengthening organisational capability and resilience, ensuring robust governance and driving innovation across corporate services.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of strategic and business plans, overseeing financial management and reporting, enhancing business intelligence capabilities, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Manage enterprise risk and drive project delivery aligned with organisational priorities, fostering a high-performance culture through effective leadership and mentoring.
Requirements
  • Experience leading diverse and complex portfolios in public sector, insurance, health or disability industries.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification.
  • Strategic mindset, collaborative and consultative leadership.
  • Ability to contribute as a member of the Executive team.
