Strategic Corporate Services Director

As a seasoned senior leader, you will be responsible for leading all corporate services functions, including finance, ICT, risk and compliance, facilities, logistics and reporting. Your primary goal is to ensure our systems are agile, effective, and support sustainable growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading all aspects of finance, risk, ICT, governance, property and compliance
- Managing organisational budgets, resourcing, contracts and reporting
- Supporting leaders and staff with quality systems, tools, and processes
- Identifying opportunities for innovation, funding and continuous improvement
- Building and maintaining collaborative partnerships with stakeholders
About You:
You possess strong financial acumen and commercial awareness, as well as the ability to influence, drive change, and balance strategy with practical delivery.
Required skills and qualifications include:
- CPA or CA qualification and tertiary studies in Finance, Commerce or similar
- Experience leading corporate services in a values-driven organisation
- Knowledge of ICT, systems integration, data governance and cyber security
- A collaborative and people-focused leadership style
