Workforce Strategy Specialist

As a Workforce Planning Analyst, you will play a key role in enhancing the organisation's workforce efficiency by providing analytical support to workforce planning initiatives.
Key responsibilities include analysing current and future workforce capabilities, identifying skill gaps, and developing solutions through data collection and feedback.
About the Role:- Maintain and update workforce supply and demand models, analyse labour trends and attrition, and contribute to forecasting and scenario planning.
- Support the development of business strategies and processes that drive efficiency and effectiveness in workforce planning.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve workforce planning, onboarding/offboarding, and engagement processes.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in workforce development (or similar) with vendor management & contingent labour model component essential.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills are required.
- Prior experience in an in-house setting with both technical and non-technical teams is preferred but not essential.
