Director of Workforce Strategy

We are seeking a strategic Talent leader to shape our future workforce strategy.
This role will focus on designing and delivering a comprehensive talent management framework, with the opportunity to expand to organisational development practices.
- Developing and implementing a talent management strategy that aligns with business objectives
- Leading initiatives that strengthen our people's capability and culture
The successful candidate will have 5-7 years+ experience in internal Talent Management, recent demonstrated experience in a hands-on talent role, and strong people leadership experience (5+ years).
Key ResponsibilitiesThe Talent leader will be responsible for:
- Designing and delivering a talent management strategy
- Leading initiatives that strengthen our people's capability and culture
- Partnering with People leaders on workforce planning and forecasting
- Shaping and contributing to EVP and employer branding initiatives
- Enhancing talent processes, systems, reporting, and data management
- Overseeing CPD and Graduate Program design and delivery
- Driving retention, organisational capability, and succession planning across the business
