We are seeking a highly skilled ESG Analyst to join our Environment and Sustainability team at Melbourne Airport. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in taking our sustainability reporting capability to the next level and delivering quality insights and solutions to the business.

The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of environmental sustainability issues related to infrastructure or asset management, with 3-5 years of experience in a similar role. They will be responsible for setting up reporting ESG requirements across the business, coordinating and auditing sustainability performance data, and analyzing data to identify trends and innovations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain ESG reporting frameworks and standards
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve and streamline reporting processes
  • Analyze and interpret sustainability data to inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Support the development of sustainability strategies and initiatives

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in ESG or sustainability roles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Experience with sustainability frameworks and certifications (e.g. GRI, GHG Protocol)
