About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Kerridge Commercial Systems. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base in the rental industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual targets and drive business growth
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Deliver presentations and demonstrations of our software solutions to prospective customers
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and excellent customer service
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in a sales or business development role, preferably in the software or rental industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of the rental industry
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong desire to succeed
