Job Title: Vacation Rental Suites Cleaner

At VargasAndrews, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Vacation Rental Suites Cleaner to join our team. As a key member of our cleaning team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our vacation rental suites, ensuring that our guests have a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Thoroughly clean all designated areas, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping, to leave no visible dirt, dust, or grime.
  • Pay close attention to details, including corners, edges, and hard-to-reach areas, to ensure a consistently high level of cleanliness.
  • Complete cleaning services within the agreed-upon timeframe for each session, with prompt arrival and departure as scheduled.
  • Utilize industry-standard and appropriate cleaning techniques for different surfaces, materials, and areas.
  • Properly handle and use cleaning products, adhering to manufacturer instructions and taking necessary precautions.
  • Exercise care and caution while cleaning to prevent damage to property, furniture, fixtures, and other items within the cleaning area.
  • Promptly communicate any issues or concerns related to the cleaning services to the company, including the discovery of any damages or necessary repairs.
  • Adhere to the agreed-upon cleaning schedule, communicating any changes or requests in advance and obtaining approval from the company.
  • Conduct yourself in a professional and workmanlike manner, including wearing appropriate uniforms, using proper language, and maintaining a positive and respectful demeanor while on the client's premises.
  • Follow security protocols established by the Company, including proper locking and securing of doors and windows, to ensure the safety of the client's property during and after cleaning.
  • Be flexible and adapt to any reasonable changes in the cleaning tasks or schedule as communicated by the company or client, especially during holiday periods.
  • Ensure that the services meet the minimum standards of the Company, responding promptly to client feedback and taking corrective actions if any issues arise.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
  • Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
  • Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime as necessary.
  • Knowledge of cleaning products and equipment is a plus.
