
Strategic Business Growth Manager

Key to success in this role is a deep understanding of CRM strategy and its application in driving business growth. We are seeking an individual who can contribute to the agency's CRM planning efforts, working closely with existing planning teams, data analysts, and integrated account service teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop clients' CRM roadmaps aligned with their brand digitization roadmaps
- Create end-to-end personalized marketing and customer relationship strategies, incorporating CRM best practices
- Collaborate with data analysts and clients to design strategic CRM plans, optimizing them based on results
- Drive strategic debates around brand development using CRM and digital channels, considering critical issues facing the brand
- Analyze and translate data into coherent strategies, presenting insights to others
- Contribute to developing the agency's strategic planning capabilities and drive effectiveness agendas
- Write creative briefs that inspire exceptional work and clearly define client requirements
- Maintain relationships with client counterparts, building trust through value-added contributions
Requirements:
- Experience in a creative agency on large digital/CX accounts
- Strong argumentation and presentation skills
- Curiosity and interest in addressing business problems and developing CRM solutions
- Ability to think beyond conventional comms thinking and brand planning in campaign evaluation
- Advocacy for the agency and contributions to its culture
