Strategic Business Growth Manager

Key Responsibilities:- Oversight of a dedicated team to drive strategic growth initiatives.
- Securing new clinical research opportunities through consultative sales approaches.
- Maintaining exceptional relationships with clients, stakeholders, and key decision-makers.
- Identifying and qualifying business opportunities, managing lead pipelines from initial contact to contract execution.
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum 7+ years of progressive experience in business development or sales within a Contract Research Organization (CRO).
- Demonstrated success in securing small to mid-scale clinical trial contracts and achieving sales targets.
- In-depth knowledge of the drug development lifecycle, regulatory frameworks, and clinical trial operations.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret and negotiate complex contracts.
