About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AO4 Project Support Officer to join our team in Brisbane. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative and technical support to our clients in the State Government Department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Provide technical support to project teams, including data analysis, report writing, and database management.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including government officials, suppliers, and project teams.
  • Prepare and present reports, submissions, and briefing notes to senior executives and stakeholders.
  • Support the development and implementation of project plans, ensuring alignment with departmental goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project coordination and administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
