Administration Officer

Golding Contractors is a leading provider of project management services, with a strong focus on delivering successful outcomes for our clients. We are seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our team in Milton, Queensland.
The successful candidate will possess excellent administrative skills, with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for providing administrative support to our project teams, including data entry, document creation, and distribution of training materials.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the collation and standardisation of Training and Competency records and documents;
- Creating system admin and user guides, as well as associated system documentation;
- Distributing training and roll-out materials;
- Participating in data hygiene verification processes;
- Providing daily administrative support to the SHE Training & Competency Module;
- Entering data and providing administrative support to the project team;
- Participating in system improvement projects.
Key requirements for the role include:
- Experience using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
- Experience with 360 records management is highly regarded;
- Prior experience in the mining, civil, or development industries is an advantage;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service;
- Demonstrated ability to self-manage priorities in a changing work environment;
- Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering outcomes efficiently.
