HR Generalist Role

We are seeking a strategic Senior HR Business Partner to provide comprehensive HR support and guidance to our leadership team.
- Develop and implement effective HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Provide expert advice on staff matters, including remuneration, benefits, promotions, performance management, and disciplinary issues
- Collaborate with the leadership team to understand and implement localised HR policies and procedures
- Support annual performance review process
The ideal candidate will have broad/generalist experience across the HR portfolio, strong interpersonal skills, and communication abilities to build relationships with staff at all levels. Previous experience working with Workday (or a comparable system) is highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive recruitment activity and maintain the HRIS
- Advise the leadership team on HR policy implementation and best practices
- Deliver timely and expert guidance on staff matters
- Support the annual performance review process
