Job Description

We are seeking a skilled HR Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR project management and change management, with a solid background in HR related activities.

The role will involve leading the design and delivery of HR projects aligned to the HR Balanced Plan. This includes developing project scope, timelines, milestones, and success measures, as well as managing change to ensure adoption.

The successful candidate will also provide HR generalist advice and support to leaders for key initiatives, partner on performance, workforce planning, and engagement strategies, and monitor HR systems to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance.

  • Manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Provide high-quality advice and support to leaders on HR-related matters.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The following skills and qualifications are essential for this role:

  • 3-4 years' experience in HR generalist roles, including recruitment, training and development, performance management, and industrial relations.
  • Solid background in HR related activities, including HR project management and change management.
  • High-level computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong written and verbal English grammar, spelling, punctuation, usage, and pronunciation.
