HR Generalist Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Officer to support the delivery of effective HR services.
- Provide advice on policies, awards, and other employment-related matters to managers and staff.
- Assist with performance management, investigation, and other industrial relations matters.
- Manage or support HR-related projects.
- Maintain and enhance HRMS and Employment Hero.
- Coordinate recruitment activities.
- Support WHS compliance activities.
The successful candidate will possess a working knowledge and experience with the application and interpretation of HR legislation, principles, and policies. Strong analytical skills, research abilities, and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:- Policies and Procedures: Provide expert guidance on HR policies and procedures to ensure adherence to best practices.
- Performance Management: Assist with conducting performance appraisals, investigations, and disciplinary actions as required.
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Coordinate recruitment activities, including advertising job openings, shortlisting candidates, and facilitating interviews.
- HR Systems: Maintain and enhance HRMS and Employment Hero to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data.
- WHS Compliance: Support WHS compliance activities, including conducting risk assessments and developing safety plans.
