We seek an experienced claims professional to oversee claim portfolios, ensuring timely and accurate management. This role requires strong analytical skills to identify potential risks and implement corrective action.
Key Responsibilities:- Portfolio Management: Accurately manage claim portfolios, adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and business rules.
- Quality Assurance: Perform quality assurance tasks and conduct end-to-end claim reviews to ensure proficient case management.
- Training and Development: Collaborate with our training team to facilitate training sessions for administrators.
- Complex Enquiries: Take ownership of complex enquiries raised internally and externally, responding within agreed SLAs.
This position requires a unique blend of technical expertise and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will possess:
- Claims Administration Experience: A proven track record in managing complex claims and maintaining high-quality service standards.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement process improvements.
- Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
