Manage Complex Claims with ExpertiseAbout the Role:

We seek an experienced claims professional to oversee claim portfolios, ensuring timely and accurate management. This role requires strong analytical skills to identify potential risks and implement corrective action.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Portfolio Management: Accurately manage claim portfolios, adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and business rules.
  • Quality Assurance: Perform quality assurance tasks and conduct end-to-end claim reviews to ensure proficient case management.
  • Training and Development: Collaborate with our training team to facilitate training sessions for administrators.
  • Complex Enquiries: Take ownership of complex enquiries raised internally and externally, responding within agreed SLAs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

This position requires a unique blend of technical expertise and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Claims Administration Experience: A proven track record in managing complex claims and maintaining high-quality service standards.
