Restaurant Management Position

 

About the Job:

  • Assist in leading a team of professionals in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Monitor talent to ensure high performance expectations are met and provide constructive feedback based on observations.
  • Communicate with chefs, directors, and other staff members regarding any issues related to food quality, service levels, and staffing needs.
  • Supervise staffing levels to ensure that guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and financial goals are achieved.
  • Handle guest complaints and concerns effectively, seeking assistance from supervisors when necessary.
  • Meet and greet guests warmly and professionally.

 

About You:

  • Relevant experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly advantageous.
  • Previous experience in managing teams or supervising staff.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn and grow.
  • Audacious and eager for new challenges.
  • Hold a current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate.
