Leadership Opportunity in Human Resources

This senior role is designed for a seasoned professional who can manage HR processes, provide strategic leadership and direction to the team, and ensure the accurate administration of all human resource activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies that align with organizational objectives.
  • Analyze complex employee complaints, grievances, workplace investigations and mediations, and recommend solutions.
  • Provide expert advice and mentorship to managers on people management best practices.
  • Create, review and maintain comprehensive HR policies, procedures and documentation.
  • Analyze exit survey data to identify opportunities for improving employee engagement and retention.

About You:

  • Demonstrated experience in leading high-performing teams and managing employees across various functions.
  • Proven track record of providing expert HR services and guidance to managers and employees.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of employment law, employee relations management, and health and safety regulations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
