This is a role that offers expert HR advice and support to multiple business units, allowing you to play a critical role in driving key projects and initiatives. As an ER/IR Business Partner, you will provide day-to-day ER/IR advice and interpretation of HR policies, processes, and procedures.

About the Role

The full-time position based at Upper Mount Gravatt offers a convenient location with free parking onsite, as well as flexibility and opportunities for professional development.

You will be responsible for producing and maintaining HR processes and documentation, ensuring they are legislatively compliant, fit for purpose, and cost-effective. You will also champion organisational initiatives, analyse change impacts, and plan/deliver change through detailed change plans.

Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or related discipline;
  • Strong experience in day-to-day ER/IR advice and interpretation of HR policies, processes, and procedures;
  • Ability to coach leaders to manage performance and complex employee matters;
  • Knowledge of awards, legislation, and enterprise agreements;
  • Ability to influence and engage with all levels in the organisation; and
  • Strong interpersonal skills (verbal, presentation, and written).
