Strata Manager Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Strata Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of strata titled properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate maintenance activities to ensure efficient operation and minimize downtime in strata communities.
  • Develop and manage budgets to meet the unique needs of each property.
  • Facilitate communication between property owners, tenants, and external contractors to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and represent the community at required meetings.

Requirements:
  • Strata Managing Agents License - Class 1 or Class 2
  • Certifications in Strata Management or related qualifications
