Job Summary:This role provides secretarial and administrative support to senior staff members in Inpatient Mental Health Services.
The ideal candidate will be professional, efficient and effective in their work, with excellent communication and organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the Director of Nursing and Clinical Director
- Manage correspondence, reports and other documents as required
- Coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
- Maintain accurate records and databases
