">ICT Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled ICT Support Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with us in delivering exceptional support services across various digital workspace environments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing first-level support for digital workspace devices and software, installing, testing, and maintaining digital workspaces according to standard operating environment (SOE) adhering to quality management procedures.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing ICT support services across a variety of digital workspace environments at various metropolitan locations as part of Service Operations in conformance to ICT Service Management processes.
  • Working as part of a mobile and highly contactable team responsive to customer demands.
  • Undertaking the provisioning, maintaining, and de-provisioning of customer access to the Department's Information Systems and services (including external access).
  • Providing support and advice to customers in the use of digital workspace technologies.
  • Liaising with external service providers as required.

To be successful, you will have:

  • Demonstrated experience supporting digital workspace technologies in a large complex environment.
  • Relevant ICT qualifications.
  • Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Active Directory and SCCM (Desirable).
  • Knowledge of information security principles.
  • Well-developed communication skills with the ability to provide a high level of customer service.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills including the ability to work effectively as a member of a team.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills within an Information Communications Technology environment.
