Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Digital Content Expert to lead the production and management of marketing content across our organisation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimising our digital channels, including websites and social media platforms.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the management and continuous improvement of all digital properties, including websites and social media channels.
  • Produce and deliver creative content across various customer touchpoints, focusing on user experience (UX), SEO, and engagement.
  • Collaborate with agency partners, stakeholders, and internal teams to develop and produce content, including video, articles, case studies, and graphics.
  • Develop and distribute timely, engaging, proactive content for our social media and web platforms, reflecting our brand voice.
  • Analyse and report on marketing and engagement data around content, including social media channels and web content.
Requirements
  • Experience producing marketing content, including written, case studies, graphics, social media activity, and video content.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and growing owned digital properties, including websites and social media channels.
  • Experience with website administration using a website backend.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and growing a social media presence.
  • Natural storyteller with a unique ability to produce content in an engaging way, regardless of the audience.
Desirable Skills
  • Experience with the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Experience Manager, and Premiere).
  • Experience using Wordpress, Webflow, or another comparable CMS.
  • Experience using Salesforce - Marketing Cloud.
