Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Digital Procurement Expert to join our team. As a key member, you will drive innovation and solve system challenges, maximising system potential and reducing costs.

Your Responsibilities in Action
  • System Mastery & Innovation: Be the go-to expert for supply chain systems like Source-to-Contract (Portt/OneAdvanced) and SAP Ariba, ensuring seamless operations. Drive innovation by leading continuous improvement initiatives across e-procurement platforms and collaborating with IT to deliver smart, integrated solutions.
  • Process Enhancement & Automation: Streamline and automate procurement workflows, enhancing supplier accreditation, onboarding, and overall user experience. Support digital transformation initiatives by implementing process enhancements that deliver faster, smarter, and more compliant solutions.
  • Stakeholder & Supplier Enablement: Empower others through impactful training and support for team members and suppliers on key systems and processes. Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulatory frameworks.
  • Data Management & Insights: Own the data by maintaining clean, accurate, and effective procurement information. Leverage data to provide insights, cost-saving opportunities, efficiency improvements, and supplier performance reporting.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Proven experience in procurement environments, with a passion for procurement technologies to drive results.
  • Solid understanding of contract management systems, sourcing, and procure-to-pay and how they support business outcomes.
  • Familiarity with contractual frameworks, and how they shape smart decision-making.
  • A natural collaborator with strong communication and influencing skills across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Confident translating complex or technical information into clear, accessible language for all audiences.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Procurement, IT Systems or a related field.
