Senior Employment Law Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a senior employment law specialist in our leading practice in Brisbane, Australia.
About the Role- Advise clients on complex employment matters including disciplinary processes, workforce management strategies, tribunal advocacy, and investigations into misconduct and code of conduct breaches.
- Conduct in-depth research and provide expert advice on intricate employment law issues.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training and presentations to clients and industry events on essential areas such as workplace bullying, sexual harassment, and health and safety.
- Prepare show cause letters and decisions in discipline matters, and responses for employee grievances.
- Minimum 2 years post-admission experience from a quality firm or in-house team.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and related regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
