About this role

We are seeking an experienced Solicitor to join our Employment, Industrial Relations and Safety team in Brisbane.

This role involves working closely with partners and lawyers across the national practice on employment law, industrial relations, and safety matters for leading clients.

You will play a key role in supervising junior team members, supporting business development, and developing relationships with clients.

Key Requirements:

  1. Experience in employment law, industrial relations, or safety in private practice, government, or in-house environments;
  2. Excellent academic record, strong communication and teamwork skills;
  3. Interest in strategic business development initiatives;
  4. Hunger to learn and maintain market-leading practice.
