Operational Resilience Specialist

The primary goal of this role is to establish and maintain operational resilience within an organization. This involves developing strategies and programs to enhance the capability and confidence of incident response teams, as well as implementing crisis management and emergency response procedures.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Crisis Management & Emergency Response Lead
  • Design and deliver training and exercise programs to prepare individuals and teams for crises.
  • Work with incident management teams to ensure alignment with established crisis response frameworks.
  • Support business areas in developing incident management plans.
  • Develop simple and effective crisis plans and playbooks.
