What you'll do:
- Define and set the strategy and programmes of work to build the capability and confidence of all Site Incident Teams and our Crisis structure of Gold, Silver and Bronze teams to be prepared and capable of responding to an incident or crisis
- Responsible for Crisis Management & Emergency Response for Sky Group, specifically UK and Group projects, owning delivery and implementation into the UK market and leading all aspects of implementation of Group projects.
- Responsible for Sky's Crisis and Emergency Response Management Systems, how the fields are delivered across Sky Group
- Design and deliver interactive, immersive, and realistic training and exercise programmes that place individuals and teams under a significant level of pressure
- Work with Incident Management teams across the business to ensure alignment to Sky's established Crisis Response framework.
- Support business areas in developing incident management plans to ensure consistent and effective response to incidents across the Group.
- Develop simple and effective crisis plans and playbooks for use when an incident becomes a crisis.
- Responsible for ensuring 24x7 on-call crisis support for any incident or crises
- Business owner, responsible for maintenance, training, effective use and development/testing of Sky's Emergency Notification System.
- Embed a resilient attitude in the business by supporting capability, alignment and awareness through the OR fields - facilitating the markets locally by promoting the Group strategy, policies and processes.

- You have excellent communication skills with the ability to interface at all levels; confident, capable and credible in front of senior partners.
