What you'll do:- Help build out the internal design team, growing our in-house team over the next 12 months. You'll help hire, nurture, stretch and challenge that growing team, helping them to work alongside our existing design partners.-
- Work collaboratively with Product Owners and Engineers to ensure solutions address all business, user, and technical requirements.- Present your work, with passion and a clear rationale, to multiple partners across commercial, brand, marketing, and engineering.- Ensure the delivery of all solutions is well planned, risks are highlighted, and quality is maintained.- Work with the Head of Design to help develop, refine, and scale the practice of design.

What you'll bring:- You've worked in teams alongside engineers and product owners, thinking holistically about solutions that satisfy business, user and technical requirements.- A deep understanding of Design Systems and how they contribute to the overall design workflow.- Concise and empathetic communication skills that help you bring your peers along with you during the design process.- Demonstrable experience of how design supports experimentation and optimisation in a commercial and agile environment.- You're an expert in Figma and have experience in other related software.- You're resilient - your craft is important, but you can work with others and flex based on ever-changing business demands

Osterley:
