About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Administrative Arranger to join our team at InvoCare. As a key member of our funeral services team, you will play a vital role in supporting families during a difficult time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional client service, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience for families and visitors
  • Manage administrative tasks, including data entry, correspondence, and payment processing
  • Collaborate with service providers to ensure seamless funeral arrangements
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including funeral documentation
  • Communicate clearly and empathetically with clients, addressing their concerns and needs
Requirements
  • Experience in a service-driven organization, preferably in the funeral industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Current Justice of the Peace status or eligibility to become certified
