Meat Sales Business Leader

We are seeking a results-driven professional to lead our sales team in carton meat sales and drive business growth in the wholesale meat industry.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow carton meat sales revenue and market share in wholesale and foodservice markets.
- Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and drive results-driven performance in carton meat sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key carton meat customers, including wholesalers, foodservice providers, and retailers.
- Identify and capitalize on market trends and new revenue opportunities in carton meat sales, such as emerging customer needs or new product opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards in carton meat sales and distribution.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in carton meat sales or the broader meat, food, or agribusiness sectors.
- 5+ years of commercial sales experience in carton meat sales, with 2+ years at a leadership level.
- Strong negotiation, team management, and stakeholder engagement skills, with a focus on carton meat sales and distribution.
- Sound business and operational knowledge of carton meat sales, including product knowledge, market trends, and logistics management.
