Key Responsibilities- Establish professional relationships with children and young people through active engagement and visible interest.
- E nsure the home is a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.
- Lead and support a team of residential workers, providing reflective supervision.
The ideal candidate will possess a Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention or similar qualification, experience working with traumatised children and young people, and management expertise.
Requirements- Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention or similar.
- Experience working with children and young people who have experienced trauma and disadvantage.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
