We are seeking an experienced senior manager to oversee the operations of a 150+ bed residential care facility in Western Australia.

About the Role:

\
  • Full operational responsibility for a large aged care facility with multiple departments and teams.\
  • Hold full profit and loss responsibility; driving revenue growth, managing costs and optimising resources.\
  • Manage and mentor a team of staff, maintaining a culture where employees are committed to best practice, person-centred care.\
  • Lead the facility to maintain compliance with governing legislation and industry standards.\
  • Implement and support quality improvement activities to exceed resident expectations.\
  • Develop and foster positive relationships with residents, their families, external stakeholders and the community.\

About You:

  • Experience in a management role within residential aged care or healthcare.\
  • A confident and approachable leader who guides their team by providing mentoring, support and clear standards.\
  • Proven track record of working towards accreditation and improving service delivery.\
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop productive relationships.\
