Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Residential Aged Care facilities across Regional WA.
The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking assessments, creating care plans and nursing interventions in partnership with consumers and/or their representatives.
Liaising with medical professionals, allied health teams, pharmacies, service providers and equipment suppliers is essential to deliver comprehensive care services.
The Registered Nurse will document and report care interventions, observations, changes in needs and consumer feedback accurately and efficiently.
Care coordination, staff management and support are also key responsibilities of this role.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A current AHPRA registration
- Experience working in an aged care setting, ideally in a residential environment
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including AM, PM and Night shifts, Monday to Sunday
- Capacity to work across permanent shifts, up to 10 shifts per fortnight
- A thorough understanding of the Aged Care Accreditation Standards
- Current National Police Clearance and NDIS screening
