Risk Claims Specialist

- This is a full-time position for managing Latent & Special Risk claims.
The opportunity lies in handling sensitive, confidential and historical Liability claims with excellent customer service skills.
Main responsibilities include efficient claims process management, policy coverage interpretation, building client relationships, ensuring statutory compliance, initiating recoveries and self-audit of claims files.
Strong technical claims experience in managing complex Latent & Special Risk claims is preferred along with expertise in specialty classes of insurance, including bodily injury, and proven understanding of underwriting procedures and policy wordings.
Effective relationship-building with clients, maintaining confidentiality and resilience are essential. Participation in alternative dispute resolution processes is also required.
