The Role
We're seeking an experienced Department Coordinator to support our Sales and Leasing business in the Adelaide CBD. As a highly organised and dedicated individual, you'll provide administrative support to our team of professionals, preparing sales campaigns, managing databases, and creating marketing collateral using InDesign and MS Office.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage sales campaigns from start to finish, including marketing quotes and advertising coordination
- Design and implement e-marketing processes and coordinate mailouts
- Draft, review, and prepare correspondence, presentations, and documentation
- Manage client relationship management databases
- Prepare property submissions, proposals, e-brochures, and marketing collateral using company-branded templates
- Coordinate team meetings and events, including invitations, agendas, and minutes
- Provide general administrative support, including reception cover
- Prepare invoices, expense claims, and assist with department budgeting
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need experience in a similar position, preferably in the property industry. Your skills and attributes will include intermediate to advanced MS Office, Adobe Indesign, strong organisational and prioritisation skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, self-direction, attention to detail, and a client-focused approach.
Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum
