About the Role
This role involves a blend of in-office and out-of-office tasks, requiring excellent time management, customer service, and administrative skills. As a Leasing and Property Administration Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating advertising and marketing properties for lease, handling incoming enquiries from prospective tenants, and conducting inspections.
Duties and Responsibilities
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating advertising and marketing campaigns to promote properties for lease
- Handling inquiries from prospective tenants, including scheduling open and private inspections
- Conducting reference checks and approving suitable applications
- Performing ingoing and routine inspections
- Managing lease renewals and rent arrears
Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in real estate, preferably in a leasing consultant role
- A valid Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence in South Australia
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, with attention to detail and a high level of motivation
- Impeccable presentation and strong customer service skills
- A valid driver's licence

Salary Estimate
The estimated salary range for this role is between $50,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
