About the Role

This leasing and property administration specialist role is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join a leading property management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating advertising and marketing properties for lease, handling incoming enquiries from prospective tenants, and conducting ingoing and routine inspections.

The ideal candidate will have previous real estate experience in a leasing consultant role, a current SA Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence, and exceptional time management skills. They will also be highly organised with meticulous attention to detail and a valid driver's licence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate advertising and marketing properties for lease
  • Handle incoming enquiries from prospective tenants, including open/private inspections
  • Conduct reference checks and approve suitable applications
  • Carry out ingoing and routine inspections
  • Renew leases and manage rent arrears
Salary & Benefits

This position comes with a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits including opportunities for professional growth and development.
