About the Role

Key responsibilities include owning end-to-end payroll improvement projects from concept to implementation, developing project plans, timelines, and deliverables aligned with organizational goals, identifying risks, and tracking progress.

We seek an experienced professional who can partner with system administrators and vendors to resolve issues and optimize performance.

  • Lead payroll projects, develop project plans, and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful delivery on time and within budget.
  • Track project progress, create status reports, and communicate updates to leadership.
Requirements

The successful applicant will have:

  • Strong knowledge of EBAs, awards, and payroll legislation.
  • Experience with prior implementation projects.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Background in high-volume environments.
  • Hands-on payroll processing experience with large payroll sizes.
