Job Details

This role offers the ideal opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Payroll Officer to join our team.

  • We are seeking a seasoned professional with extensive experience in end-to-end payroll processing, preferably within a large and complex environment.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire payroll process, including calculating workers compensation liabilities, reconciling Long Service Leave (LSL) accruals and payments, and administering salary increases and back payments.

A key requirement of this role is the ability to maintain professional communication with internal stakeholders, including supervisors, managers, and employees. This includes handling special reconciliations, investigating and resolving payroll discrepancies, and managing the payroll aspects of onboarding and offboarding processes.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in payroll management, preferably within a large and complex organization.
  • Proficiency in major ERP systems, such as Micropay, SAP, ADP, and Time & Attendance platforms.
  • A proactive attitude, driven to make a tangible impact and deliver results-oriented solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal and exceptional communication skills.
  • Resilience and eagerness to tackle challenges with initiative and determination.
