Job Summary:

A detail-oriented payroll professional with extensive experience in end-to-end payroll operations, including STP2, superannuation, and Award/EA interpretation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring seamless delivery of payroll services.
  • Manage end-to-end payroll cycles using integrated systems such as MYOB and Deputy.
  • Carry out comprehensive payroll calculations, including overtime, allowances, loadings, leave, terminations, and long service leave.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant Fair Work legislation, Awards, and taxation requirements.
  • Prepare, reconcile, and maintain accurate payroll reports and records for auditing purposes.
  • Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and queries to ensure optimal efficiency.
  • Support audits and contribute to continuous payroll improvements through process optimization.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years' practical experience in end-to-end payroll operations.
  • Excellent problem-solving, time management, and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Sound understanding of payroll compliance, reporting, and regulatory requirements.
