Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Project Coordinator/Installations Manager.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of allocated projects, including installation, joinery, and build works throughout fit-out.
  • Key responsibilities include ensuring staff have a thorough understanding of project expectations;
  • Identifying and communicating project issues as they arise;
  • Developing work instructions for the workshop as required;
  • Providing constructive feedback to staff regarding their performance and areas for further training;
  • Procuring minor materials as needed;
  • Coordinating site deliveries in a timely manner;
  • Maintaining high standards and rectifying any defects;
  • Effectively managing workload and prioritizing tasks;
  • Communicating with clients, office staff, and other stakeholders in an efficient and timely manner.

To succeed in this role, you will require a minimum of 3 years' experience in project supervision or management, along with trade qualifications in Cabinetmaking / Joinery / Carpentry / Shopfitting.

A valid Driver's License, OH&S White Card, and current First Aid and CPR certification are also essential.
