Hot Water Installation Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination:
    • Oversee the scheduling and execution of hot water installation projects from start to finish.
    • Coordinate with multiple installation teams to ensure smooth and timely project delivery.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications.
  • Technical Support:
    • Provide technical expertise in electrical and plumbing systems, troubleshooting installation challenges, and offering practical solutions.
    • Deliver clear guidance and support to both field teams and management to resolve on-site issues effectively.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Develop, implement, and refine operational procedures and best practices for our installation processes.
    • Monitor project progress, maintain detailed documentation, and generate regular status reports.
    • Ensure all projects comply with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and quality control measures.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to secure necessary resources and materials.
    • Liaise with management to communicate updates, address concerns, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are seeking an individual with a strong working knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems, project management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, detail-oriented and analytical, capable of making informed decisions under pressure.

Certifications or formal training in electrical/plumbing, engineering, or related fields are highly desirable.
