Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the position of Installation and Maintenance Team Leader, responsible for coordinating the delivery of portable buildings to site and ensuring that installation projects meet customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Co-ordinate the delivery of portable buildings to site, ensuring timely completion of associated site works.">
  • Provide technical guidance and pricing to sales team and customer service staff on installation matters.">
  • Ensure installation projects are delivered within agreed schedules and budgets.">
  • Monitor installations at site level to ensure customer expectations are met, including liaison with internal and external stakeholders.">
  • Manage the daily service run schedule to ensure equipment exchanges are completed in a timely and economical manner.">
  • Ensure Occupational Health and Safety requirements are met both on customer sites and internally.">
  • Maintain strong working relationships with key suppliers.">
  • Manage contractors to ensure compliance with Company Policies and SHEQ expectations.">
