Project Manager – Installation Specialist

You will play a vital role in supporting our retail and hospitality partners. Based in our Keilor Park office, you will coordinate the end-to-end installation of beverage service equipment in new and existing sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and lead the planning, logistics, and delivery of installation projects from end-to-end, including development of scope of works and commissioning.
  • Coordinate contractors to ensure all work is safe and compliant.
  • Partner with customers to understand requirements and deliver great service.
  • Manage project tracking, equipment availability, budgets, reporting, and administration.
  • Troubleshoot installation issues and drive timely resolutions.
About You
  • Experience coordinating installations or projects in FMCG, retail, technical construction, or hospitality environments.
  • Trade or technical aptitude across beverage dispensing machinery.
  • Strong project management skills with ability to manage timelines.
  • Confident communicator who builds strong customer and contractor relationships.
  • Proven examples of how you've been dynamic and autonomous in your role.
